1. Who we are

WhereTo is a free service provided by IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL (CUI (tax ID) 37213946, J40/3407/2017, Bucharest, Romania), under the Purceas brand. Contact: contact@purceas.com. By using WhereTo, you accept these terms.

2. What WhereTo does

WhereTo helps the two of you choose what to do in Bucharest. The suggestions are for information: we pick them by public rules, described in How it works, from information read on the official websites of venues and organizers, each with its source and verification date.

3. What we don't guarantee

• Hours, prices, available seats and whether events go ahead can be changed by venues or organizers without telling us. When we don't know something, we say "check with the venue". Check before you leave, especially for bookings and tickets.
• Travel times are estimates, shown as a range.
• We don't sell tickets or make bookings. The "Book" and "Tickets" buttons take you to the website of the venue or the organizer, and their terms apply there.

4. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we are not liable for losses caused by changes we could not have known about, by third-party services or by interruptions of the service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights under the law.

5. Organic recommendations

The order of suggestions can't be bought. If we have paid placements, they will be separate, labelled "Promoted", with the name of whoever pays, and will never appear among the top three options.

6. What we ask of you

• Use the service for personal purposes. Don't copy the content or the database automatically (scraping).
• Reports of wrong information must be made in good faith. We may reject or delete abusive reports.
• Don't use shared plans or invitations to send misleading content.

7. Content and licences

The editorial texts, the selection and the structure of the database belong to the operator. The photos, the map and the weather data belong to their authors and are used under the licences listed in Sources and licences.

9. Problems and complaints

Write to us at contact@purceas.com. As consumers, you can also contact ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority), including through its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, if that isn't possible, by the competent courts in Romania. We may update the terms; the date above shows the latest version.
